Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Loaded Waters. This policy explains how, where, and when we ship your order.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and US military APO/FPO addresses where carrier-eligible. We do not currently ship to US territories, PO boxes for all carriers, or internationally.


2. Shipping Cost

All US orders ship free. There are no shipping charges, handling fees, or hidden surcharges at checkout.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after they are placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


4. Transit Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier's network. Customers in remote areas or further from our fulfillment center may experience slightly longer transit times.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 7–13 business days.


5. Carriers

We ship using USPS and UPS. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your shipping address, package size, and current carrier capacity. You'll see the assigned carrier in your shipping confirmation email along with a tracking link.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website (usps.com or ups.com) or by clicking the tracking link in your email.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking number for the carrier's system to reflect updates.


7. Delays Outside Our Control

We work hard to ship every order on time, but certain delays may occur for reasons outside our control, including:

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a tracking number shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors, your front desk, or anyone else who may have accepted the package
  2. Wait 24–48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly before they arrive
  3. Contact us at jassica@loadedwaters.co with your order number and a description of the issue

We'll work with the carrier to file a claim. While we don't guarantee replacement of stolen packages, we evaluate each case individually and will do our best to make things right.


9. Wrong Address or Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change an address after placing an order, email us immediately at jassica@loadedwaters.co with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may charge a re-shipment fee or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost incurred.


10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on reporting damage and receiving a replacement or refund.


11. Pre-Orders

If you order a product marked as a pre-order, the estimated ship date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email. Pre-order ship dates are estimates and may shift slightly based on production timelines. We'll email you with any updates and ship your order as soon as the batch is ready.

The order processing and transit times described above apply once the pre-order batch begins shipping.
