At Loaded Waters, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. This page explains how it works.


1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To start, email us at jassica@loadedwaters.co with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.


2. Opened or Used Product

If you've already opened or tried the product and it's not for you, you do not need to ship anything back. Just email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll process a refund. We don't ask for empty packaging or partial returns.


3. Unopened Product

For unopened, unused product returned within 30 days of delivery:

  1. Email jassica@loadedwaters.co to request a return authorization
  2. Once approved, ship the product back to the address we provide
  3. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (the return is at your cost)
  4. Once we receive the product, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.


4. Damaged or Defective Product

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email jassica@loadedwaters.co within 7 days of delivery with:

Already-shipped subscription orders are eligible for the same 30-day money-back guarantee described above. We do not refund subscription charges that have already been processed and shipped unless within the 30-day window.

Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Email us as soon as possible at jassica@loadedwaters.co with your order number. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process above.


9. Address Changes

If you need to change a shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at jassica@loadedwaters.co. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.


10. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first — we're committed to resolving every concern. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with our team may delay your refund and complicates the dispute process. Most issues are resolved within 1–2 business days of contacting us directly.
